Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase a product at the indicated price. To place an order, you must be over 18 years old. You are required to pay the full amount of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be processed. Once payment is received by us, we accept your order and send a confirmation email to the email address provided in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Payment Policy

You can pay your order via PayPal or using your Visa/Mastercard card. All payments are made in USD. The final price is calculated according to the actual exchange rate of your bank on the date of the transaction. All payments made using PayPal and Visa/Mastercard are protected by PayPal. Orders payed with Visa/Mastercard cards might require transaction verification. This might delay shipping time.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide via International Airmail, EMS, Aramex. The cost of shipping depends on the number of items you’re purchasing, weight and volumetric weight of the items, shipment method and your destination point.

All orders are usually shipped within 3-5 bussines days (1-2 weeks during sales) unless stated otherwise in the item’s description, this time is needed to process and manufacture your order. Time of delivery can vary depending on your destination point.

Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Customs fees are not included in the price of delivery. Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees according to local legislation.

Return and Refund Policy

Purchase returns are possible within 14 working days on condition of maintaining its original appearance, all the tags, labels and packaging. You need to contact us via email vonadmytra@gmail.com or call us 38 098 326-7008 , send us your purchase and inform us the tracking number. Every case is solved individually. After receipt of the goods to the warehouse of the seller and the examination of its compliance the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10 working days.

Return and exchange of goods are executed at the expense of the buyer.

Payment cancellation and moneyback (-15% for administration fee) is possible only before goods are shipped.

Promo codes

Promotional codes can be used during checkout only once unless stated otherwise.

The discount or bonus will only be visible once the code has been entered into the promotional code box on the checkout page and has been accepted.
