Payment

You can pay for your order via LiqPay, PayPal, Privat24 or with a Visa/Mastercard. Payments are made in UAH or USD. The final price is calculated based on your bank’s exchange rate on the date of the transaction.

Delivery

Ukraine: Free delivery within Ukraine for purchases. If the product does not suit you and is returned, the shipping cost to you and back to the store is at your expense. Delivery is provided by Nova Poshta (1-2 days) or Ukrposhta (2-5 days). Holidays may increase delivery time.

International: We ship worldwide via international airmail (14-20 days). For bulk orders, customers cover additional expenses such as customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees according to local regulations. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you. Delivery times may vary, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Holidays in Ukraine and the destination country may extend the delivery time.

Product Returns and Refunds

Product returns are accepted within 14 days if the original appearance, tags, and packaging are preserved. Please contact us via email at admin@vonadmytra.com/en or phone +38 098 326-7008, send your purchase, and provide a tracking number. After inspection at the warehouse, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. Returns and exchanges are at the buyer’s expense. Payment cancellation and refunds are only possible before the product is shipped; the bank’s transaction fee is non-refundable.

Promo Codes

Promo codes can be used at checkout once, unless otherwise specified. Discounts or bonuses will be visible only after the code is entered into the promo code field on the checkout page.
