Seller, online store VonaDmytra — FOP Kryshchanovych Yuriy Serhiyovych, established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, which sells Goods remotely, including through the information and telecommunication network “Internet” using an online store.

User — an individual who uses the Site’s services, specific Site functions.

Buyer — a citizen intending to purchase Goods solely for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to business activities.

Remote Sale of Goods — the sale of Goods under a retail purchase agreement concluded based on the Buyer’s familiarization with the description of Goods offered by the Seller, including payment, delivery, and warranty terms listed on the online store’s website. According to part 6, article 11 of the “On Electronic Commerce” law, the retail purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer completes the ordering procedure, which constitutes the Buyer’s acceptance of this Public Offer and agreement with its terms.

Confirmation of the Retail Purchase Agreement — is the issuance by the Seller to the Buyer of a cash or sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.

Online Store — a resource owned by the Seller, located on the Internet at https://vonadmytra.com/en/, where the Goods offered by the Seller for purchase are presented, along with necessary information for making purchases, including price, payment and delivery methods, and addresses for self-pickup of the Goods.

Online Store Website — the set of logically interconnected web pages owned and administered by the online store, containing information about the Goods and conditions of their purchase, at https://vonadmytra.com/en/

Personal Account — the User’s personal space, a personalized interface on the Site with a set of user tools for accessing the Site’s personalized services.

Order — an electronic or verbal request/application by the Buyer to purchase Goods from the online store’s assortment under the terms of this Public Offer.

Goods — products whose information is posted on the Site.

Services — a set of online store actions concerning the Buyer, performed to fulfill the terms of the retail purchase agreement, including, but not limited to, services such as delivery of the Order to the Buyer, informing the Buyer about the contract fulfillment process, etc.

1. Information posted in the online store on the Site at https://vonadmytra.com/en/ contains the terms of the offer to purchase Goods and constitutes a Public Offer, according to part 2, article 11 of the “On Electronic Commerce” law and articles 641–643 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2. According to part 2, article 11 of the “On Electronic Commerce” law and articles 641–643 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Public Offer is an official offer by the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of individuals to conclude a retail purchase agreement for Goods with the Buyer who has placed an Order.
3. The Order is considered placed and transferred by the Seller from the moment the Order placement procedure in the online store is completed. The completion of the Order placement procedure by the Buyer constitutes the Buyer’s acceptance of the Public Offer and agreement with its terms.
4. This Public Offer may be amended by the Seller without any special notice to the Buyer/User. The new version of the Public Offer becomes effective upon its posting on the Site and does not apply to legal relations between the Buyer and the online store that arose before the new version of the Public Offer came into force, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Public Offer.
5. In its activities, the online store is guided by the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce,” “Rules for the Sale of Goods by Order and Outside of Retail and Office Premises,” and other regulatory acts and laws of Ukraine.
6. The Buyer and the Seller guarantee each other that they have the necessary legal and transactional capacity, as well as all rights and powers necessary and sufficient to conclude and execute this offer and the retail purchase agreement for the Goods. Each party is responsible for the inaccuracy of the information it provides.
7. The online store is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User/Buyer during registration on the Site and when creating an Order. To place an Order, the Buyer must provide valid information necessary for the fulfillment of the Order. The Buyer is responsible for the validity and/or accuracy of the provided data, as well as for incorrect data provided by the Buyer and/or the Buyer’s representative.

1. All text information and graphic images posted on the site are the property of the online store.
2. The Goods presented in the online store, where required by Ukrainian law, have all necessary certificates and fully comply with the norms and requirements of Ukrainian legislation. If the Buyer has questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, they should contact the online store for consultation before creating an Order.
3. Photographs accompanying the Goods are simple illustrations and may differ from the actual appearance of the Goods. The quality, settings, and features of the User’s screen may distort the color palette of the displayed Goods. The Goods may have minor differences from the image presented on the Site in terms of color, shape, size, or other parameters. Any characteristics of the Goods may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice.
4. The Buyer has the right to contact the online store’s support service for additional information about the Goods they are interested in. At the Buyer’s request, the Seller must provide (by phone or email) additional information that is necessary and sufficient, from the Buyer’s point of view, to make a decision about purchasing the Goods.
5. The following information accompanies the Goods in the online store: information about the main consumer properties of the Goods, the address (location) of the Seller, the place of manufacture of the Goods, the price of the Goods, and conditions for purchasing the Goods, as well as service life/expiration date, and warranty period.
6. The availability of Goods presented in the online store catalog is determined by the individual status of the Goods displayed on the Goods’ page in the online store.
7. The price of the Goods is indicated in the national currency of Ukraine — hryvnias. The Buyer is hereby informed that the sale of Goods in the online store is carried out in real-time (24/7) and may include changes in price and availability without prior notice. Consequently, the Goods are reserved for the Buyer only after the online store processes the Order.
8. The final price of the Goods may be reduced at the Buyer’s initiative by applying discounts, subject to compliance with the Seller’s promotional conditions; Bonuses, discounts, in accordance with the Seller’s program conditions.

10. Orders may be placed in the online store by both registered and unregistered Users.
11. The User has the right to register on the Site only once, meaning they can have only one Personal Account linked to one email address.
12. The User who registers on the Site receives individual identification by providing a username and password to their Personal Account. Individual identification allows the User to avoid unauthorized actions by third parties on behalf of the User and provides access to additional Site services.
13. To register, the User agrees to provide information about themselves as requested in the registration form and to keep this information up to date. If the User provides incorrect information or the Seller has reason to believe that the information provided by the User is incomplete or inaccurate, the Seller may, at its discretion, block or delete the User’s account and deny the User access to its services (or specific features).
14. Personal information or information contained in the User’s account is stored and processed by the Seller in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
15. The Buyer’s Goods Order may be directed in the following ways:
    • by adding Goods to the “cart” and completing the Order form;
    • by calling +380983267008 to the customer support service, specifying the Goods and the main terms of its purchase.
16. If technically possible, the Order may be executed by adding selected Goods to the cart and completing the Order form.
