Повернення товару та повернення коштів

Після отримання товару на склад продавця і проведення експертизи його відповідності, сума покупки буде повернена на ваш банківський рахунок протягом 10 робочих днів. Повернення і обмін товару відбувається за рахунок покупця.

Вироби шиті індивідуально для вас не повертаються

Скасування платежу і повернення грошей можливі тільки до відправлення товару. % знятий банком за транзакцію не повертається.
