Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product at the listed price. You must be over 18 years old to place an order. You must pay the full amount for the product before your order is shipped. Once payment is received, we will ship your order and notify you. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.

 

Payment Policy

You can pay for your order via PayPal or with Visa/Mastercard, Privat24. Payments are made in UAH or USD. The final price is calculated based on the actual exchange rate of your bank on the transaction date.

Orders paid with Visa/Mastercard may require transaction confirmation. This may delay delivery time.

 

Delivery Policy

Free delivery within Ukraine is available when purchasing at the full price. For promotional items, you will pay delivery charges according to the carrier’s rates. If the product does not suit you and you return it, shipping to and from the store is at your expense.

Ukraine

Delivery within Kyiv and Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta (1-2 days in transit) or Ukrposhta (2-5 days in transit).

Holidays/weekends may extend delivery time.

International

We deliver worldwide via international airmail. Transit time is 14-20 days.

For large orders, customers cover additional expenses such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees according to local laws.

All orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. If the product is out of stock, you will be informed, and the order terms will be discussed.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Although we do our best to deliver your goods within the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Holidays in Ukraine and the destination country may extend delivery time.

 

Product Return and Refund Policy

Product returns are possible within 14 days, provided that its original appearance, tags, labels, and packaging are preserved. You need to contact us via email at vonadmytra@gmail.com or phone at +38 098 326-7008, send your purchase, and provide a tracking number. Each case is handled individually. After receiving the product in the seller’s warehouse and examining it for compliance, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 10 business days. Returns and exchanges are at the buyer’s expense.

Payment cancellation and refunds are only possible before the product is shipped. The transaction fee charged by the bank is non-refundable.

 

Promo Codes

Promo codes can be used during checkout only once, unless stated otherwise.

The discount or bonus will only be visible after the code is entered into the promo code field on the checkout page and accepted.
