In all ancient communities and societies, female initiation was the most important part of a woman’s life. There were rituals, initiations, traditions aimed at realizing that from a girl, you transform into a woman. Unfortunately, these practices are practically lost. Female initiation is now absent, or its boundaries are very blurred. As a result, there is no image of an adult attractive woman in society.

Adult women who are aware of their sexuality and are not ashamed of their bodies. Adult women love their bodies, but they express this love not by adorning themselves, but by taking care of themselves. They take responsibility for their lives and are not afraid to make decisions. The collection “Shadows” was created with the idea of modern initiation.
The inspiration for the collection came from the myth of Hades and Persephone. What is it about? It is about the importance for every woman to descend into her underworld in order to know herself. It is about diving deep and accepting one’s dark side. The dark side is not the “evil” side; it is not something to be discarded or ignored, but rather something to be explored and accepted. Why? To become whole, to be filled, to not deny one’s “dark” sides.

Like all our collections, it is limited. Each piece is made in a few copies and will not be repeated.
The capsule we prepared is very warm. We took a risk and selected colors and materials for this collection that we have not used before: black and rust eco-leather and eco-fur.
But there are also your favorite materials: wool, cotton, and soft knitwear. They are very tactile and comfortable against the body. The challenge of this collection is the masks and gloves made of eco-leather with metal buttons and eyelets. They symbolize both openness and challenge, as well as the desire to hide from the world. They are also very relevant during the pandemic, which is obviously not going to end next year.

For the shoot of the collection, we invited 2 girls who represent a woman before and after initiation: the character of a woman, her strength, tenderness, acceptance, or helplessness. Diana is a professional model, and Lesya is a singer.
