Повернення товару та повернення коштів
Ми приймаємо повернення товару протягом 14 днів з дати отримання при умові збереження його початкового вигляду, всіх бірок, ярличків і упаковки. Для повернення звяжіться з нами по електронній пошті admin@vonadmytra.com/en або по тел. +38 098 326-7008 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram), далі відправте нам свою покупку і повідомте трековий номер для відстеження. Після отримання товару на склад продавця і проведення експертизи його відповідності, сума покупки буде повернена на ваш банківський рахунок протягом 10 робочих днів. Повернення і обмін товару відбувається за рахунок покупця.
Вироби шиті індивідуально для вас не повертаються
Скасування платежу і повернення грошей можливі тільки до відправлення товару. % знятий банком за транзакцію не повертається.
